Anthony Rodgers works as a Systems Expert, ERP on the Enterprise Applications Upgrades and Enhancement team within the Information Technology Services department at the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) where he as served for nearly seven years.  HIs expertise in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) began with the implementation of PeopleSoft Base Benefits in 2004. He has since expanded his knowledge to Benefits Administration, Workforce Administration, Compensation, Workforce Monitoring, Structured Query Language (SQL)  and elements of PeopleTools, Enterprise Components, Employee Self-Service,  Manager Self-Service, and Payroll for North America. He stays current with PeopleSoft releases and updates through PeopleSoft HelpCenter (PeopleBooks), Application Strategy and Technology Blogs, Oracle Support and Quest Oracle Community.
